Face-to-face Fundraiser | Travel New Zealand With Zen Elite

For over a decade, ZEN Elite has exclusively represented Hato Hone St John, building a reputation for professionalism, donor care, and results.

We're looking for great people to join our team as we travel New Zealand, meet people from all walks of life, and help fund the lifesaving work of Hato Hone St John. Along the way, you'll develop valuable communication and sales skills, see more of the country, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

What we offer
You'll have the opportunity to travel throughout New Zealand while working alongside a close-knit team of experienced fundraisers. We provide accommodation and vehicle hire support, ongoing on-field mentoring and strong earning potential. We're looking for someone to join us from January 2027, although an earlier start may be available for the right person.

We're looking for people who
Enjoy connecting with others, build rapport quickly, and bring positive energy to every conversation. If you're resilient, reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in representing a trusted charity, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience in fundraising, sales, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles is a bonus, but attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic matter most.
