Farm Hand

Farm Hand / Stable Hand – Accommodation Provided

We are looking for a practical, reliable person to help on our North Auckland farm with horses and alpacas.

Duties include feeding and caring for animals, cleaning stables, fencing, general maintenance, building and other farm-handyman jobs.

We offer accommodation in exchange for approximately 3–4 hours of help per day, split between mornings and evenings. Extra hours may occasionally be available as paid work.

You are welcome to have another daytime job, and short breaks to travel and explore New Zealand can be arranged.

Experience with horses, farm work, fencing or building would be ideal. You must be responsible, confident around animals and happy to work independently.
As this is a farm we are approx. 12 mins away from shops so transport is probably necessary.

Please message us with a little about yourself, your experience and when you are available.
