Casual Vineyard Workers

Are you interested in wine, vineyards, or working outdoors? Join our vineyard team and be part of New Zealand's first Regenerative Organic Certified® winery.

We are looking for reliable, hard-working people to help with vineyard maintenance. Experience in outdoor work, farming, orchards, or vineyards is an advantage, especially with:

- Vine maintenance, such as bud rubbing, shoot thinning etc
- Trellis maintenance
- Irrigation maintenance
- General outdoor work

Our vineyards are in Bannockburn, near Cromwell, in the heart of New Zealand's famous Pinot Noir region. You'll work in one of the country's most beautiful landscapes and among some of the area's oldest vineyards.

What we're looking for:
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather
- Good level of physical fitness
- Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; some weekend work will be required

Start date: 9 November 2026 - end January 2027

There is an opportunity for ongoing work over the summer season and to complete harvest with us for the right candidate.
