Join Our Orchard/development Crew

AgFirst Engineering is looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our orchard development crew.
We have a range of roles available across our development and orchard teams:
• Post and Wire Teams
• Irrigation Team
• Planting Team
• General Orchard Team including tree training, tying and pruning
• Apple Thinning Team in existing orchards
What we offer:
• 25 per hour + 8% holiday pay
• 7:30am to 4:30pm
• 6 days per week
• Work is weather dependent
• 3 month position with potential to extend
• Free van parking with showers and bathroom (limited space available)
Who we are looking for:
• A job done once, job done right attitude. Take pride in your work and be reliable
• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
• Reliable transport and ability to travel across the Gisborne flats as far as Te Karaka
• Previous experience in fencing, machinery operation, orchard work or irrigation is an advantage
