We're looking for an experienced chef to join our strong kitchen team for the Summer just ahead.

The Smoking Barrel is well known for many things - from our world famous hand-made donuts to our drool-worthy low & slow BBQ smoked meats and fresh seafood, we're always aiming to stand out from the rest of the crowd!

Are you an experienced chef ready to take on your next challenge? Do you have an eye for detail and a drive to learn new skills and cooking techniques? Or maybe you've had some experience in the kitchen and are keen to step it up a notch!? Got a great attitude? Well...

We are looking for someone reliable and efficient who will thrive in our fast paced & dynamic environment. The position calls for a positive team player who will be just as excited to present epic dishes as the customer is to receive them. Someone who takes pride in every dish and who strives to be the best every time, no compromise! An interest in low n slow smoked BBQ would be a bonus but not essential.
