Dairy Farm Milker/ General Worker

Hi, we are looking for a milker/farm hand for our 530 Xbred cows on 185ha rolling/steep contour through a 36 aside HB with inshed feeding, auto drafting and teat spray.
Must have milking experience.
We are a low input system so no feeding out this time of year but we mow our own silage, basic cultivation for 11ha maize and do all our own boom spraying. Daily duties would be everything from tractor work, gorse spraying, minor fencing repairs, firewood splitting, milking shed cleaning, etc. Majority of the time you will be milking 530 cows in the morning and 350 cows in the afternoon as heifer/skinny mob is OAD, keeping the shed clean and bringing cows into shed. You will be riding a 2wheeler bike (suzuki DR200) majority of the time.
We have a fully furnished 2bedroom cottage avaliable with detached garage, starlink wifi and heatpump installed. We pay for your power and internet, rent is deducted from pay @ 250/week, pay is 28/hr + standard %8 holiday pay. We normally run a roster of 11days on, 3 days off but thats flexible as long as you let us know in advance or you want extra days off or middle of the day off. Aslong as the cows are milked I'll be happy.
We have myself, a herd manager, and also a backpacker who is leaving on the 26th Sept so ideally you will start that 1st week of Oct.
We are in the Maihiihi district near Otorohanga in the Waikato. 1hr south of Hamilton.
