Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Create reels, posts, stories, captions, hashtags, and more for organic social media marketing
- Optionally run paid ads from your own account (you cover ad costs; we approve requests)
- Share all content via Google Drive, Messenger, or Email for approval before posting
- Decide how many posts, stories, or DMs you create — all content must be approved by our social media expert
- Use any platforms you like (Instagram,Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.), with a focus on Instagram and Facebook
Tracking & Commissions
- All social media activity is tracked through Google Analytics, so commissions are paid based on verified
results - Commissions include bookings generated through your content, as well as optional bonuses for high-performing posts
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who can create engaging, creative content
- Open to experimenting with new ideas, angles, and insights
- Able to manage organic engagement and generate leads through social media
