The roles

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Guest Services team at Marsden Lake Resort in Cromwell, Otago!

We have roles available immediately across F & B, Housekeeping and Reception. We would need a commitment until March 2027. Plenty of hours available.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using technology and hotel management software
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
