About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

The role will primarily involve preparing and running breakfast service, with occasional evening shifts assisting with functions and group dinners.

Shift Details
Early morning starts from 5:00 AM (occasionally 4:30 AM).
Full-time hours.
Independent kitchen shift, taking responsibility for breakfast service.
Occasional evening shifts assisting with functions and group dinners.
What We're Looking For
Previous cooking experience preferred, but willingness to learn is welcome.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Confident in preparing and running a breakfast service.
Flexible and willing to assist with evening functions and group dinners.
Positive attitude and good time management.
Own transport recommended due to early morning starts, or must live nearby.
Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply.
