Service Team Member – Spend Your Summer at Black Label Barbecue!

Love good food, meeting people and bringing a bit of personality to your work? Come join the crew at Black Label Barbecue, Rotorua’s local barbecue joint, serving up incredible smoked meats, big flavours and good times.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable service team member for approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends over our busy summer season.

You’ll help welcome guests, serve food and drinks, clear tables and keep the restaurant looking great. Clear communication is essential in this customer-facing role, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in. A bit of flair and a love of barbecue always help!

You’ll be joining an awesome team who will support you and provide training as you learn the ropes.

This is a fixed-term summer role ending at Easter weekend. We’re looking for someone to join us between now and then, with some flexibility around your start date and availability. Let us know your travel plans and how long you can stay.

Rotorua is an awesome summer base, with lakes, mountain biking, bush walks and hot pools on your doorstep. Use your time off to explore the central North Island!
