Join our friendly, family-owned kiwifruit business for the 2026 spring season, starting now!
All of our orchards are conveniently located close to Te Puke township, and you'll work directly with the owners, not through contractors. We pride ourselves on creating a positive team culture.
No previous horticulture experience is required, as full training and support will be provided. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, learn new skills, and be part of a hardworking team.
The role involves a variety of spring orchard tasks that support the growth and development of kiwifruit vines, including:
Trimming spring growth
Canopy management work
General orchard maintenance
These activities play an important role in preparing and maintaining the orchard throughout the growing season.
Applicants must enjoy working outdoors and be prepared for physically demanding work. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who take pride in their work, maintain high standards, and bring a positive attitude to the job each day.
Requirements
Valid Working Holiday Visa and IRD number
New Zealand bank account
Reliable transport (essential)
