What’s the job?

At Ferg, it’s all about the guest experience! We have Front of House teams in all our businesses, so whether you’re looking to dazzle guests with your barista skills, shake & serve some world-class cocktails or simply put smiles on hundreds of faces daily, we’ll have the role for you.

What will you be doing?

Greeting guests and delivering outstanding customer service experiences with every interaction
Queue organization at busy times
Taking orders
Delivering foods and beverage items
Basic food handling
Preparing coffees, smoothies & juices
Providing a welcoming and fun atmosphere
Adhering to the Food Control Plan
Adhering to Health & Safety policies and standards
What do you need?

6 months relevant experience working in customer service/hospitality roles
Availability to work a range of different shifts (morning, afternoon & evening) on a rotating roster
Excellent customer service skills
Thrive in fast-paced environments
Friendly, positive, can-do attitude
