We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised café and bar duty manager.
The position entails general bar duties restaurant service dealing with reservations and food safety compliance.
To be Duty Manager on shift and organise the team for service.
You will be required to ensure the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 is complied with and carried out by all team members.
To communicate with staff in the kitchen and front of house for details of specials and availability.
Must hold a current Managers certificate.
Stock Management.
