Set on the edge of Lake Te Anau at Te Anau Downs 30 kilometres from Te Anau on State Hwy 94, the road to Milford. Our property offers 46 accommodations rooms and we operate daily our newly refurbished Pioneer Cafe & Restaurant. This is a stunning location, so peaceful and with amazing views. Some of New Zealands great walks are on our doorstep and there are many other walks close-by. Milford Track departures jetty is 600 metres along the road.
