Receptionist

Total Body Bliss, - Auckland

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Total Body Bliss by Victoria Park in Auckland .

The role of Receptionist will be to provide professional and effective front line customer service to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of the massage centre and also includes some general cleaning and laundry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

All reception responsibilities from greeting customers to assisting customers during their visit and the smooth operation of their departure.
Anticipating customers needs and requirements.
Receiving and resolving complaints from clients and the staff.
Assisting staff in keeping their rooms tidy and stocked up. Keeping on top of the laundry and general cleanliness of common areas. Must be able to clean to a high standard quickly and efficiently.
Opening and closing of the centre including finalising end of day take and cashing out the staff.
Offering administrative support including responding to emails and inquiries taking phone text and social media bookings and responding to guest reviews.
Regular updates on all social media platforms.
Adhering to policies and procedures at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

At least 1 years experience working in a similar role.
Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
Strong IT skills and proven experience using social media and Microsoft office-namely excel.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion to provide a memorable experience for all of our customers.
Strong organisations skills and an attention to detail.
Deal with emergencies in a calm and timely manner.
Experience using EFTPOS machine.

It is an unsupervised role applicant must be able to work alone and unsupervised.

We are looking for a confident friendly energetic and responsible individual who is keen to join a fun and dynamic team at Total Body Bliss

This is a full-time permanent position and the successful candidate will work 5 days a week and must be flexible to work weekends/evenings

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
