We are looking for a hard working and motivated Office Admin and Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate have a positive attitude who can work as part of a team or independently communication and computer skills are essential. If this sounds like you then keep reading!


  Maintain filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
  Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
  Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
  Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
  Answer and screen incoming phone calls
  Perform other duties as needed
  Do data entry as required


  High school diploma
  Excellent team working skills
  A high level of attention to detail
  Strong time-management and multi-tasking
  At least 1+ years experience in an similar role
  Exceptional communication skills as well as phone
  Strong computer knowledge (MS Outlook Word Excel)
