We are a leading holiday home rental business operating in Russell situated in The Bay of Islands N Z
We require a energetic individual who is organised trustworthy hard working with the desire to be part of a small team and is looking for long term employment.
Key requirements are :
Strong computer admin skills Apple Mac preferred
Managing and maintaining our online reservation systems
Have an understanding of accounting and have worked with Xero or a similar accounting package
Be well organised and self motivated
Have a good command of the english language
Hold a clean and current full divers licence and preferably have your own vehicle/car.
Hold a current New Zealand working visa/permit for 6-12 months if not a resident of New Zealand
Experience with motel or holiday home cleaning
Weekend work will be required from time to time at peek periods
This is a permanent part time position with a mix of administrative work and cleaning during the busy holiday period there would be more emphasis on cleaning while still maintaining your administrative duties your hours will reduce during the winter months however a minimum number of hours will be offered to the right applicant.
